Reach out. We have a brief intake process to understand your organization, your timeline, and what you are actually trying to decide. If there is a fit, we scope from there. If there is not, we will tell you that too.

The gap between planning, visualization, analytics, and technology is where most space decisions go wrong. Closing it requires fluency across all four simultaneously — and that fluency is not taught. It is earned by being the one charged with bridging them. Most organizations have learned to work around its absence. We decided to make it available instead.

Space planning and programming engagements are scoped and priced per engagement — stipulated sum or time and materials depending on the nature of the work.
The campus intelligence platform is account-based with an initial build engagement followed by a recurring data sync, maintenance and feature development contract that renews at six-month intervals.

Direct. The methodology precedes the pitch. The evidence precedes the recommendation. The model precedes the meeting. You will get candor about what the data shows, clarity about what it means, and a recommendation grounded in evidence rather than institutional momentum. If the answer to your space problem is simpler than you thought, we will tell you that. If it is more complex, we will tell you that too — and we will show you the work.
-
We are straightforward. The best way to explain it is to show you real work-product.
