Mike Lee

Founder

Mike has spent over a decade at the intersection of architecture, data, and real estate strategy, planning and delivering complex, technically demanding spaces for organizations across life sciences, research, education, and advanced industry.

Design, planning, analytics, and technology rarely live under one roof, let alone inside one practitioner. Mike holds all four. The value is not in the volume of people working on a problem. It is in the coherence of a capable practitioner who can hold the whole problem in view simultaneously, and move from a floor plan to a dataset to a build decision without losing the thread between them.

That same discipline shows up in how he mentors junior staff, serves his local community, and approaches problems methodically rather than reactively.

Mike holds a Master of Architecture and has a work in the architectural design and real estate advisory industries at some of the best firms in their class. At its core, his work is about people: giving the people who fund, build, and occupy a space the clarity to make decisions with confidence.
